Our chore for the morning was to pack for the cruise and get the car back to the airport. We said good-bye to our apartment tower; and all went smoothly, easily catching a taxi to the cruise terminal. We were falsely under the impression that the terminal was in Old San Juan, and we could enjoy several hours browsing before boarding at our scheduled 5:00 time slot. Instead, our cruise terminal was across the harbor in an industrial port area. Fortunately, they let us board right away, and we were eating lunch in the ship cafeteria. We spent the afternoon getting acquainted with the ship and our room with a window. We had dinner in the cafeteria and watched the ship depart San Juan harbor.
