Changing Gears

It was time for us to transition to the cruise mode.  Monday morning I found a print shop to print out luggage tags as I had failed to do it before leaving home.  We caught the metro and met up with John and Cyndee at the terminal, then took the train to Civitavecchia.  Opting for a taxi to get the mile and half with our luggage, we found ourselves outside an old unmarked door on the street.  A gentleman soon came and took us upstairs to the apartment.  Enjoyed a delicious two course meal featuring local food.  Tuesday morning we walked the town before packing up and heading for the ship.  Our room is much bigger than our last cruise.  We ate lunch at the Windjammer buffet and dinner in the dining room.
