We spent most of the day in Seattle, celebrating Markus' birthday. After a great meal at a Thai restaurant, we went downtown to the Bose store for some birthday headphones, then walked down to the waterfront and sculpture park. Downtown Seattle was abustle with summer tourism. Esther and I are getting excited about leaving for Haiti in three days!
